Netflix vs amazon prime

When it comes to streaming, most people think of Netflix. But, in recent years, Amazon has done a great job of challenging the reigning VOD king with its own Prime Instant Video service.
Now, the great original series are spread across both services, with Netflix playing host to such hit shows as House of Cardsand Stranger Things, and Amazon providing such fine programming as Transparent and Bosch.
All of which is great, but it does mean you’ll need two subscriptions if you want to keep up with all the new shows, not to mention the array of movies on offer on both platforms.

Hockey downfall in Pakistan

THE year 2018 was a complete disaster for Pakistan hockey, both on and off the field. It started with humiliation in tri-series at Muscat and ended in the same fashion at Bhubaneswar World Cup. In between, there was a brief spell of slight improvement under Dutch coach Roelant Oltmans but that did not last long. Though the 12th-position finish in the 16-nation World Cup, which was the worst-ever for Pakistan, brought shame and dismay for the 180 million population back home, not a soul in the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) appeared too bothered about the fiasco including its President retired Brig Khalid Sajjad Khokhar, a relative of former PML Minister Ahsan Iqbal, and secretary Shahbaz Ahmed both of whom unashamedly held on to their jobs. Pakistan lost

Let’s be honest. When Pakistan boarded the Australia-bound plane late last month, no one was thinking that they would beat their hosts. The so-called most unpredictable side of world cricket is actually becoming pretty predictable — especially when expected to lose against far stronger oppositions — and so everyone knew that they would lose pretty much everything. And exactly as expected, Australia wiped the floor with Babar Azam’s men,  beating them  in two lopsided affairs, which would have been three had rain not played the saviour in the series opener.
